Join the 2011 A New Conversation (ANC) young professional collaborative on Thursday, October  27^th for our third annual community conversation as we present: Give! Creating a Culture of Giving.  In honor of our giving theme the only fee we are charging for the event is the donation of 100% fruit juice boxes for Kids' Food Basket.

This year's GIVE! Creating a Culture of Giving conversation features a panel of local charitable organizations talking about how they see young professionals getting involved in the community.  The goal of the event is to create a conversation in which charitable organizations can learn how young professionals view giving and young professionals can understand what opportunities exist and how to get more involved in our community.

Our panelists include:

• Stacy Stout, Educational Director, The Hispanic Center of Western Michigan
• Diana Sieger, President, Grand Rapids Community Foundation
• Cheryl Bremer, Regional CEO, American Red Cross
• Maureen Noe, President/CEO, Heart of West Michigan United Way 
• Jorge Gonzalez, Director of Economic Development, LINC Community Revitalization Inc.
• Ryan Slusarzyk, Amway Grand Plaza Hotel serving as our Young Professional Panelist

The panel discussion between the organizations and young professional representatives will engage conversation from the audience through questions asked via tweeting #ANCGIVE throughout the presentation as well as traditional live Q&A.

Thanks again to DeVos Place Convention Center/Convention Arena Authority for hosting this event from 5:30 - 8:00 p.m. on October 27th.  

5:30 p.m.:  Registration Opens

5:30 - 6:15 p.m.:  Networking with tables set up representing all participating organizations

6:30 - 8:00 p.m.:  Panel Discussion, Q&A

This event is free of charge and open to the public. Online registration is required by Friday, Oct 21^st.
